MANI-LACS Server v. 0.1 (Beta) MANI-LACS is a component in a suite of tools for high-throughput structure determination using NMR. MANI-LACS with extended laboratory management functionality is available through the SESAME software. MANI-LACS currently achieves correct reference correction at a comparable level to tools that require structure. A database of corrected references is available.     A service offered by the National Magnetic Resonance Facility at Madison.    MANI-LACS offers a new approach to NMR reference correction and outlier identification that achieves excellent results using only residue specific chemical shift assignment.   NOTE:  Input file format is NMR-STAR format.   Reference  correction and outlier probability results are returned online.   See brief documentation for further details.   Updated AUGUST 2004.
